AJC is one of the widely followed mover shakers on Wall Street. Most people with some intelligence would understand the difference between her comments now vs what she had done for years. When you have an IPO pending, I think some disclosure is required. Last year, GS pulled their IPO due to unfavorable market condition. For them to succeed this time, they need favorable market condition. The question is obvious that even if she has changed her opinion now, would she say so and torpedo the IPO?

My message to Ted David was more from a journalistic stand point more than whatever her opinion is. As a reporter, I just think that it is good journalism to tell the audience the potential conflict.
