Here are the two 144's filed with the SEC. Odd that the phone numbers are the same for these two people, one in San Diego and the other in Tennessee. In fact, come to think of it, this phone number looks familiar. Hmm... Oh yes. It is the phone number for the company in San Diego. That is odd. Was somebody in the company selling these shares? Also odd that I don't recognize the brokers -- most often the broker on a form 144 is a big firm that anybody would recognize. Well, these are not the most exciting filings I've seen, but hey, there's just not much verifiable information on this company available, is there?
