Winspear says: Aber did not put the Jan. signed letter in the mail so they have elected not to participate and we will not send them any bills towards their $4 million contribution!

Aber says: With the Jan. budget Winspear did not include the usual form that was included with previous budgets for us to sign, and now Winspear says we didn't sign and send them the Jan. form so we are no longer part of the $12 million bulk sampling program.

Who wants the partnership to continue and who wants it to end?
Who wants to work with the other group to securely oversee the 6,000 ton bulk sample and who wants to prevent the other group from monitoring the 6,000 ton bulk sample?
