Well, maybe just a short one.

Listen,

I'll use nature as an example. There are times when a beautiful, exotic bird takes a perch amongst the sparrows. The sparrows, instead of recognizing that they have a beautiful, exotic bird in their midst....they only can see the strangeness of it. And so what do they do?

They begin to attack....and peck away at it.

Z is like that beautiful, exotic bird. He's a little strange at times, yes....but if instead of pecking at him, we sparrows would instead choose to learn from him, we might find that we do indeed have a rare treasure in our midst.

Of course, beautiful, exotic birds can also be ferocious. They attack pretty fiercely sometimes. But sometimes they need to learn that the best defense is not always to attack, but to stand solid....like a gray stonewall.
