MXMX GAVE a PR firm (most BB PR firms are SLEAZY) to promote (HYPE) the stock, probably told the company they would get the stock to a certain price level, and once it hits it you will magically see 640k shares hit the bid over and over and over.... I am not a fan of BB firms giving stock to do PR, the incentive is to hype it up and sell out. Just my 2c worth.
