They have a point system , every time you sell before 60 days you get negative points assigned to your acct. If you sell after 60 days you get positive points . I sold 5 IPO's in a row and my acct is red flagged as a flipper. I filed 35 min. before a friend of mine on IVIL and he received 100 shares and I got the big O. Yes, I made alot of money on the 5 stocks especially MKTW, but I would almost have made the same if I was still holding all 5 stocks. I hope this answered your question.
