Revlon, and perhaps particularly top ex's need a buyer more than a buyer needs them.

Revlon's got a name. But they don't know how, or don't want to make a profit.

I decided to trade some of my shares today for a tidy profit. I'm holding onto a little just because...to see what happens.

But I will say this. IMHO, Revlon desperate, and that will affect any buy out offer. And if the price gets ahead of what is considered fair value, those offers will come right off the table.
