IMPORTANT NOTE: I AM UPPING MSFT TARGET FROM FROM 180 a share to 200 a share. I believe MSFT will invest in net companies aggressively going forward; I believe the anti-trust lawsuit will have no material affect on the company's bottom line. I would also like to stress that PC business is very strong. Those analysts talking about PC business is weak really don't know the business at all. We will see a major surge in PC business as the year end approaches as the business buying brand new computers to replace the old ones to fix year 2000 problems. This is my first upgrade on a stock that is in my top ten list.
