Does someone here know more about this than moi? Does it mean anything?

On Sunday there were 10
On Tuesday there were 13
On Wednesday there were 2 added, 2 Deleted
On Wednesday (again) one of the Deleted MM's become Active
On Thursday - the Deleted MM becomes Active?
