You're right about Pinmail needing polishing. That is on the schedule, but right now most of the programming capability is focused on refining Swiftrade. There are several new programmers on board, but they will have to work under the experienced people for a while before getting projects of their own. I'm spending a lot of time on loan to Momentum Internet these days, planning a ground-up revision of mfinance, which will be another major project over the next few months. Also keeping an eye on Swiftrade's customer service, which is both a vital part of Swiftrade and a dry run for a service Momentum Asia will be offering on a subcontract basis to large-volume sites in the US. The list of improvements we'd like to make to existing services and new sites and services we want to put up is huge; the only constraint right now is the speed at which we can expand programming capacity while still retaining quality control and effective supervision. It is possible to hire a hundred new programmers and put them all to work on projects the next day, but it is not very practical.
