What a sad story this all is - would make a great project for a Master's degree to see just what went wrong here, why SystemWizard never took off. It seems like such a great idea - benefits all. Also, the demise of their bios, card and other "utility" products - why? Many unanswered questions. I would love to talk with the IBM woman who came in for 1/2 year in early 1998 to run the company.
