And then during the July report or in about 3 weeks following the July report they will announce another stock split (around share price of 160) Sounds good to me Chinmoy Roy. So you think the merger is going to have a negative effect on April's earnings report or am I misunderstanding your statements regarding the restructuring charge? Vendit
