Hi Mark! Yes, it does look as though it might run into April. Since you're into charts, are you thinking the same thing that I am? FACT: Over the past few years, the trend has been for NPEC to make an upward move from January to March and then trend down for the remainder of the year. I think we can safely say that this year, the same January phenomenon began to happen, but then it "stalled" or reversed in March. We've been heading back down. Now what that SHOULD mean is that this year, instead of trending down the remainder of the year, we should instead see an upward bias. Juanita
