ATCI/BEAM I think this is being overlooked. My understanding is that BEAM has already agreed to takeover ATCI at the end of April. I am not exactly sure of the price. Someone on the ATCI yahoo board said it was .76 BEAM shares + $3.13. If BEAM is $9 then should be worth $9.96, ATCI closed @ $8.25 yesterday. Does anybody else know anything about this?
