I can see why the CEO of IBM thinks the PC is dead. From his perspective, all he has to do is look at his PC division to find a basis (meaning excuse for failure to turn around his PC division), 1 Billion in the hole should be enough evidence, but he has it wrong, what he really means is the PC is dead at IBM.
