Thay are going to try and make a well in a stray sand up hole. The frontier sand was not present in this well, the target zone. Read the last drilling report, they plugged back to 4700'.
I am and will continue to defend my intellectual property. This process as we all know can take many months if not years. As the inventor of the electrotelluric method, and the third largest stock holder in Amalgamated, I look forward to this process, that is and will be taking place over the next months or years.
As an inventor, the #1 rule is to be prepared to defend my property from thieves and infringers, which I am and will continue to do. The court ruling is only a temporary injunction, that believe me is only a stop gap method of gaining relief from a 50,000/month royalty payment that continues for the life of the licensed technology.
Good luck to all you Amalgamatorians.
John Jackson
