Al, I don't think so, while at least not back then as my friend last used it some 5 years ago. In his words, "opening the can made the paint begin to peel off!" Nonetheless, the management of that company has something that NIR sorely lacks, something more important than being environmentally friendly (sad but true), they have solid management that really market the product. If this product can be successful at a retail level, why the heck can't ours.
