I like Supergen (SUPG) as an undiscovered stock in the biotech area.

You might also check out LJPC, LaJolla Pharmaceuticals, which has a lupus drug in Phase 3 trial, funded by Abbott Labs. The market potential is large, but there is virtually no analyst coverage of the company. Only a few thousand shares change hands daily. I think it could be another Imclone if it got some media attention.
