New Partner to Distribute CrossKeys Resolve in Latin American Market

TELEXPO SAO PAULO, BRAZIL--Promon, a major telecom Systems Integrator in Brazil, selects CrossKeys Resolve
portfolio as its solution for service and network performance management

CrossKeys Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: CKEY - news; TSE: CKY - news), a leading supplier of performance management software for telecommunication
service providers, expanded its distribution channels in the important Latin American market through an agreement signed w ith Promon, one of Brazil's major
telecommunication companies and systems integrators. Promon, which recorded nearly US $1 billion revenue in its last fiscal year, will deploy CrossKeys Resolve(r)
software as part of the complete solution it offers to La tin American service providers. This agreement includes CrossKeys new network performance
application--CrossKeys Resolve Ni--that has been recently announced.

European and North American regions. Latin America is a US $51 billion telecom market that is expected to grow by more than 20 per cent each year for the next
