IMO IBM qill be outsourcing at least some PC manufacturing to DELL Do you think the timing of any announcement is linked to the report that Dell is building a new manufacturing plant. It seems like the last plant they built took about 9 months to complete. Maybe we will hear more on the subject toward the end of the year. TP (Speculation only!)
