I stated a universally applicable fact, not a premature statement -- just because a stock price is low doesn't mean the shares are cheap. Aside from press releases, I have found no fundamental information available on a brief search on Bloomberg and quote.yahoo. Your beloved PNLK appears to be merely hype -- prove me wrong: show me your quantitative analysis pointing to a higher stock price. Thanks.
