UPDATE: March 24, 1999 - We are at 330 meters now and the last three boxes of core had visible gold. Six veins in the past 20 meters had gold specks
showing and the structure seems to be improving. The decision to keep drilling has yielded well for us so far.

Our visitors today, Dr. Tony Christie of New Zealand and Paul Smith of the Nova Scotia DNR spent a few hours looking over the progress and seeing some of the core that we have pulled. Dr. Christie shared his experience in New Zealand and Australia and indicated that a vein there has exceeded 2.5 kilometers in length and has a depth of over 2000 meters. He knows of one that has run greater than 16 kilometers. He suggests we drill even deeper than the 450 meters we have planned on hole #5 and maybe go to 1000 meters or more.

Paul Smith is ordering a survey team to set a permanent monument on the property for us so we may take accurate transit readings and map our drilling in precise detail.

The Department of Natural Resources wishes us to note that "this is one of a number of gold exploration projects in the province and is pleased that the province's gold environments are attracting exploration investment at this time. The Department is pleased to offer assistance and advice to operators of this project, as it would any other in the province, but does not oversee any of the work performed by exploration companies nor endorse any claims the operator may make regarding the gold resource on the property."
