If it's not working, I think the secret is to add a Microsoft Network Client;
In Control Panel, click Network, then Add, then find clients and Microsoft.
Add one called Microsoft Family Logon. I think there is also one called something like Client for Microsoft Network or something that also works, but I think all you need is the Microsoft Family Logon, and it should start giving you the option to store all passwords, including what you need to enter to connect to your ISP.
