Skip, I agree with Clark and don't believe he is "quibbling over pennies."

First and foremost, it is too early to tell whether this deal is good or great for QCOM. While it is nice to have litigation out of the way did we get the best deal? Some things indicate not.

Why will this deal cause a one-time charge to QCOM's bottom line? QCOM should have been able to unload the infrastructure at least at break-even after all expenses were tallied.

From the press release it sounds as if QCOM will have to pay ERICY an undisclosed amount for all CDMA equipment sold (or did I read that part wrong?).

While it's nice to see my net worth soar, I still have doubts that full value was received (even based upon the QCOM press release).

I hope QCOM didn't sell their birthright for a quick and easy solution.
