What's the big deal? Earnings numbers for companies which do a lot of acquisitions are basically fiction in any case. A penny here and a penny there shouldn't determine your investment outlook for such a company. The issue should be: is their business model likely to produce above average growth in revenue in the next few quarters? My point is: look at the top line (revenue) and not so much at not income which is determined by some fairly arbitrary accounting decisions. I like IFCI's prospects. All IMHO.
