IMF loans are looking very probable. Russia may even get more than expected thanks to the U.S. bombing Kosovo against Russia's wishes. IMF loans will solve the liquidity crisis that Russia has right now and buy them time while oil prices recover. Look for an IMF agreement over the weekend.
