JBL, Ya know, I don't think this war on Yugoslavia is a diversion. I think it stems from Bubba's facination with CNN. Wherever those cameras go, Bubba is sure to follow with a wave of cruise missles. It is truly amazing how the liberals have fallen in love with "push-button" war technology. Clinton seems to think that he can provoke foreign policy via SLCM and LACM missles. Clinton has proven himself to be completely incompetent in the arena of foreign policy! -John
