What's the name of the damn country? Sometimes they call it Yugoslavia, sometimes Serbia. Clinton's map last night called it Serbia. Also, I can't find a straight explanation of the nature of their government. While it's not a democracy, it doesn't seem to be a dictatorship either. One thing that impressed me about the (limited) pictures comming out of Kosovo is how prosperous it looks and how well the people are dressed.
