That's my understanding: that some indication should be given concerning the debenture extension by the end of March and that final 1998 reporting would be as late as April 15th.

I think these are two independent items, but perhaps a debenture resolution that is reported within two weeks (i.e. postponed to coincide with the 15/04/99 date) still meets the requirement for timeliness.

I infer from Laurie that they are still very busy over there, so I've been reluctant to seek any additional information. We're so close to receiving their reports that I don't want to bother them with my own inquiries.
