Last year worst time was March to May and during the Summer it pop
52 weeks high $1.2.

Nortran is a small biotech but it get more attention from investment community now. The share price @ 0.75 simply reflected the discount they give to financing. One or two week people will forget the 0.72
placement price. The next dollar stock time will be licencing. This means real income coming in. Buy at this stage the downside is limited.
