Josef How do any of these guys match up in your evaluation as promotional firms? ibchannel.com Should all of the companies they aggregately represent be avoided? Also are you aware of any licensing (state or federal) that a promo firm must meet? Otherwise it would seem that anyone could hype for a fee.
