Tom, That is basically why I got into it in the first place and remain in it. But as a shareholder for a fairly long time considering it's relatively short public history, I have not been pleased with many of the things management has chosen to do regarding my investment. Since it is apparent that I have a modicum of belief in their sustainablity and seeming ability to grow the company in spite of themselves, I remain. BUT I will vent on every aspect I disagree with and will question things that seem to be contrary to my interests.As a shareholder, I have that right and even if I wasn't a shareholder I would still have that right. I would like a solid completely "above board" company with good future prospects. Often this is contrary to the BB as we all know. The problem is to ferret out the wheat from the chaff. Filing of a Form 10 will be a major step in the right direction. Doing any kind of gimmickry will be steps backward IMO which for me is the only one that counts as it is for you when you make a decision.
