Hi Frank, I guess I can't be completely sure architecturally since we're relying on the interpretation/ artistic license of journalists.

This seems to be more to the point:

"Where ClearWorks has invested in laying fiber optic cable directly to every home, the..."

(from news.com

but it certainly could be a lenient use of the words, intended to lead the reader.

What exactly is "traditional" FTTH by your definition? I guess I just associate the acronym with the access node technology. A1-A4 reference points per ATM forum or DAVIC model??? I've just always assumed it was a nebulous term because there are different architectural models, so I may have stepped over the line in labelling it FTTH. Not much more detail available about ClearWorks implementation that I can find. I locate 21 press releases/articles (many essentially duplicates), but none with any substantial info.

ps I should also make clear I am not endorsing it as an investment. It has "BB-colon disease" so I wouldn't touch it (OTC BB:CLWK).
