Comverse (CMVT) gets $2 million TRILOGUE order
WOODBURY, N.Y., May 13 (Reuter) - Comverse Technology
Inc said on Monday it has received an initial order
worth more than $2 million for its TRILOGUE INfinity
enhanced services platform, to be installed at
P.T. Telekomunikasi Indonesia.
TRILOGUE will be used by P.T. Telkom
to provide a variety of revenue-generating
call answering and messaging services.
Comverse Technology's TRILOGUE INfinity
enhanced services platform, marketed to both
wireless and wireline network operators,
enables telecommunications companies to provide
voice/fax/text messaging and information services,
interactive voice response and
intelligent network services, it said.
P.T. Telkom, based in Bandung, Indonesia,
provides local and long distance
telecommunications services throughout Indonesia,
with more than three million lines currently in service.
Comverse specializes in computer and telecommunications
systems and software for a variety of communications
processing applications.
Converse rose by 2-1/8 to 26-1/6 in Monday afternoon
trading on Nasdaq.
