This company is a piece of shit. They do not care about their customers one bit. I just bought Visio standard from them. I did not even open it because I decided to get Visio Pro instead. They charged me a 15% restocking fee even though they can go ahead and sell it for full price to someone else.

This is bullshit. With tons of other companies out there, I know that despite shopping at PC Zone for 8 years, I will never buy there again. This company is lousy and conniving, and in the retail business, and that matters is customer satisfaction. These morons get an F.
