They still own CDMA IPR (DOS) and will be licensing and receiving royalties until the cows come you know where. Yes, but they also sold their infrastructure R&D group. Lest we forget, Qualcomm makes its money off of innovation. (BTW - the analogy was only intended to get across the point that short term gains are not necessarily good in the long term.) Clark
