The Paid Tout- definition- scum bag that recieves compensation in shares or cash then violates federal securities law by spewing prepared BS about said company and does not disclose to the investing public his compensation. This sounds like YOU Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? Hopefully the SEC will decide these cases with a much stronger penalty int he future. It seems to me that the penalties do not fit the crimes............I think we need much stronger penalties if the non-disclosure is going to stop. I wos thinking something like 3 times the compensation recieved. Any comments
