<<Slick will run us out of cruise missiles soon, then what?>> My understanding is they are scheduled to start the next generation missiles in 2002. To restart production on the current models would be cost prohibitive. To keep Slick in ammo they are converting our tactical nuclear cruise missiles into conventional arms by switching war heads.
