MRPS UPDATE: The company is becoming more professional. This is a "new" MRPS from last week on.

Recently Jimmy hired a real pro who had worked for much larger publicly traded companies. Alan is someone who has been on board less than a week, but is already helping to reshape things so the long term future is brighter and the company is more attractive to bigger brokerage houses and serious long term investors.

Alan is very professional and conservative and wants to set a tone of reasonableness for shareholders. He feels that the Microphonics story is very solid, exciting, and sound, and therefore is much more concerned about managing the company for the long term and not for short term stock gains and daytrader types.

The stock will never get anywhere is it rises a little then drop s immediately back as Daytraders come in and out.

He noticed that some of the news that MRPS had put out lacked "meat". The NASCAR story and even the Army Corp. of Engineers piece was nice, but fluffy. He wants future news to be much more impactful. Therefore as contracts are announced he wants them to have some power and specifics in them, quotes, etc.

As I said, his main job is to manage the contracts already awarded and do whatever he can to speed up the ordering cycle under those contracts.

But he is also bringing a professionalism to the management of shareholder relations that I agree with. I want LONG TERM SERIOUS INVESTORS, not the instant gratification DT's who come late to the party, crash it, and leave us holding the pieces.

A month or two is very short term in the whole scheme of things, whether is be for financials or "meaty" contracts.

As I asaid before the 1998 financials whether they come in 2 weeks or 6 is rather unimportant to me. The main thing is that they come, although I am not sure what you guys are expecting. Believe me, they will be a non-event when they do come. There won't be anything bad or good in them, in particular.

As I said, MRPS has to show me something by end of April with contracts and progress, but until then I applaud this trend toward professionalism and managing shareholder growth to weed out the "weak sisters" and usher in long term believers. News will be coming soon and it will be "meaty". Decide which type of shareholder you are and act accordingly I guess.

PS-- Jimmy has not decided definitely to follow all of Alan's advice.

PS2-- The company was telling the truth about intending to get out financials, but Alan knows from experience to overestimate the time it will take. I agree with that strategy and have NEVER ever seen the financials of a BB stock come out on time. I am sure you have not either. Again, Alan is trying to set a tone of reasonableness
