Sometimes he goes on a SI strike until the PIG shows him some respect. If that's the cause of his absence, I wouldn't know what his threshold is - perhaps $35. If it is, he should be back soon. Once the weather improves El will be able to correct any weakness in the share price by going golfing, until then it's out of control.
