Josef,

Of course I'll bet you wish you were indulging in a beer chaser by the mail slot of the FBN mail room, virtually near the first arch of the Mala Strana side of the Charles Bridge, where they serve great hot rum.... and since your not....

....Of course you are correct that the question I posed is too large and order for the likes of an answer. I suppose it was also intended to demonstrate that there are numerous promotional firms out there doing what they are paid to do.... promote.

I don't have a problem with that as long as they meet all required SEC and other laws in their promotional efforts. I do have a problem with pumps and dumps.... as should any investor... but the mere fact that an insider has filed a form #144 doesn't suggest that BUGS hired a promo firm simply to escalate the share price so as to perform a quick exodus. After all the names that appeared there all had certain common elements and the shares sold seem to be a very small amount.

Also in case you are interested.... U.S. Microbics announced late yesterday the appointment of Arthur Andersen as an accounting agency for BUGS.

biz.yahoo.com

I do believe that Arthur Andersen is pretty responsible as to whom they take on as customers. As such can it suggest that BUGS is credible on the one hand.... while somewhat irresponsible for their selection of a promotional firm on the other hand?

Obviously at some point in time a company such as BUGS feels it necessary to break out of the pack in terms of having itself noticed from the other 13,000 companies that are publicly traded. As such... some may hire IR or PR firms to promote themselves. If they hire companies that have records of unlawful activity (ie., non-notification of paid status) than the company hasn't handled things well and shame on them. Yet on the other hand if they hire PR firms that are full compliance is that really so troublesome?

I realize that U.S. Microbics is a small company currently.... yet don't all developmental-to-operational-stage companies also go through these same growing pains? Bottom line... I trust that BUGS appointment of the PR firm that aroused your ire doesn't spell trouble through association for BUGs.

I am really glad you took the time to post your concerns here b/c that is what these boards are supposed to be about...expressing facts and formulating opinions and ideas based on those facts. The fact is that this board has been in existence for some time and yet hasn't had the type of activity that I would have hoped for given the nice upmovement in the shareprice. Perhaps your presence here will change that.
