David, I don't know why you spend so much time worrying about this company and its shareholders. I don't think your scenario holds that much water, to mix a metaphor. The owners just cant give themselves enough stock to make such a plan worthwhile. If they want to sell some more of this stock to other investors, do a secondary or a private placement of actual stock, in order to raise money, that is what stock (equity financing) is for. I am not sure I trust management, any management. But, there is little that can be done about it, and maybe, nothing that should be done. That is the opinion of this stockholder. Sheldon
