Ed: You state that <user reviews> of MMX videoconferencing have been dismal. Can you state your sourcr? I've seen the pre-MMX version with my own eyes and thought it was pretty darn good.

That said, I own VTEL, PCTL and CLIX so I do not think that the high end market is going away. Just curious as to the basis for your opinion.
