TokyoMex may be under investigation but he certainly has done nothing wrong.

I just said he was under investigation. I didn't pass judgement. Whether he did something "illegal" isn't for you or I to say. That's for the SEC or the courts.

I will say that I believe it "wrong" to intentionally pump-and-dump stock on unsuspecting dupes. There are a lot of sleazy low lifes who take advantage of people in ways that are technically legal.

I notice from your profile that you're in Marketing. I'm sure you'll agree that there are some things that you could do in marketing a product that are technically legal but that border on fraud. For example, I remember a print ad a few years back in Parade magazine for a set of TV rabbit ear antenna shaped like a little satellite dish. The ad first said something about the expense of cable and satellite and offered this as an alternative. It went on and on about how the dish "pulls the signal right out of the air!" and "you don't pay for cable or satellite because you don't get it!" What's really sad is that some people, most likely the poorer and less educated, were taken. Was that "illegal"? They must have had a real slicky write it because there wasn't a false statement anywhere in the ad. Was that "wrong"?
