Sorry, Brian, I didn't mean to imply that you were to blame for the "article". The "article" appears to be bogus and a likely candidate for the SEC to investigate. I presume the author is merely a small investor who wants to pump up CSCO as well as earn one share of the stock of the enterprise that hosts the site, as indicated on the site's homepage. (A scheme that also should be investigated by the SEC.)
