From what I am hearing PRI did not get an RFQ for interbay automation at Intel's 300mm pilot.

FWIW, I just got off the phone with Charlene from IR at PRIA. She checked around, and said INTC had not decided to go ahead with the 300mm pilot (that we knew). She said PRIA is on the list to receive an RFQ when the go ahead is given.
