Just saw that KWE have made another acquisition. Its a private company called Sequoia Exploration & Development. Cost is $5.27 million for which they will issue 7.3 million KWE shares. Sequoia has cash of $4.3 million and oil & gas reserves valued at $1.2 million.

This must bring cash up to around $25 million but the reserves, I think, are too small to reinstate TSE trading.

Although this is a pretty minuscule acquisition, the terms are reassuring and indicate that management have a good and clear focus.
