OMAHA, Neb., March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Level 3 Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: LVLT - news) announced today that Ronald J. Vidal, Senior Vice President, New Ventures, will assume senior management responsibility for the company's investor relations team. Julie Stangl, Vice President of Investor Relations, will report directly to Mr. Vidal and continue her role as the company's primary contact for investors.
