I made this thread because many people have been blaming honest citizens about MLRE's trouble. I say the company caused their own trouble. Also see stockdetective.com

Millionaire.com Reports SEC Request For Documents

HILTON HEAD, S.C., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Millionaire.com (OTC Bulletin Board: MLRE) announced today that it has received a subpoena for documents issued by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to a formal order of investigation entered by the SEC on March 12, 1999.
