Repost from Yahoo board below. Christian1310 I'm a lurker, I have other things outside this board to deal with. As a result I usually only have time to post when I have something beneficial to pass along. So what is your current sentiment on ALU? I personally am more than a little frustrated with their PR department or lack thereof. I hope ALU is only paying them per news release.

Anyway here is the repost;

To keep those up to date here is Mark's first post and some comments I had thrown in. Thanks.

for those who want to see that ALU owns the beautycounter.com site go to the
network solutions home page (they have banners all over the place, I think its www.networksolutions.com)

I'll second that people should read your post #3545 in fact I'm repeating that my response to that post and
that post below:

****

Just finished a 45 minute conversation with ALU CFO, David Shamilzadeh. Nothing but good things going on
and he clarified some issues that I'm passing on:

First , he stated emphatically growth and profits in all areas
should match or beat expectations.

S-3 warrants issued in Jan were/are exercisible in Feb, Mar and Apr, 1999 with 280,000 convertible each
month. None were exercised in Feb and none so far in March. Our dilution factor has decreased significantly.
Also all shorts out there may be naked. Fearthat is completely wrong on this issue.

FC will have fiscal 99 revenue (ending Mar 99) of around $3.2 mil. About 340% growth from prior year.
Growth, year 2000 starting Apr should be here or higher.

He said that the FC biz model dictates FC go public and they are working on that. The priority in a offering is
to signifcantly reward ALU shareholders.

Cosmetics counter is currently adding 1500 new products, some of which will be exclucsive relationships.
Customer are shopping more repeatedly for cosmetics and they are working hard to broaden inventory..

New plant will be huge moneymaker with 54% margins.

Bottom line growth in core biz will be good.

Lots of new contacts daily and institutional ownership is up.

News will be coming steadily from both FC and ALU,
they have different PR firms.

Actually the 3.2 million for FC revenues is out their already (they were up to 2.5 at the end of the 3rd qtr,
with 1.6 of that in the 3rd qtr. Valentines was in the 4th qtr.

They've already discussed plans to broaden Cosmetics Counter - putting a number on it is new

The wallstreet interview discussed the new plant and its 50% margins.
